What Happened:
Fundraiser to support the iconic Blues Can in it's move and re-opening at their new location following the forced closure of the legendary Inglewood venue after 14 years of operation so to make room for yet another condo development.
The Blues Can has long served as a pillar of Calgary's Music Mile and has supported countless Calgarian artists and international acts - now they needed Calgary's support to rebuild and keep going!

Support By The Spare Humans:
The Blues Can began accepting donations of money and items in December 2024. There was also a HUGE online auction underway which closed for bids at 8pm on Sunday, March 9.
We created a special promo code (February 23 - March 9) which gave a 50% discount on fees to anyone who donates money or successfully bids on an auction item (and can prove it!).
We also donated FOUR gift certificates for our services at discounted rates to the auction.
